Things homeowners ask us
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Alan Blakley holds Texas Irrigator License #7694. AIS is fully insured.
How long does installation take?
We arrive early and complete most residential installs in a single day. You'll have a working, programmed system before we leave.
Will my yard look torn up after installation?
No. We use a minimally invasive technique and water the night before when needed. Most neighbors can't tell we were there.
What materials do you use?
We use only commercial-grade Rain Bird Professional Series parts. We never substitute second-rate materials.
Do you repair systems you didn't install?
Yes. We service all makes and models, not just Rain Bird or systems AIS installed.
How deep are the pipes?
Texas code requires a minimum of 6 inches. Depth may vary by municipality.
What about underground utilities?
We call Texas 811 to have all utilities located before any digging begins. It's standard practice on every job.
What should I do if my system freezes?
Shut off water to the system immediately and call us. We handle PVB freeze protection and freeze damage repair โ a common Houston issue after hard winters.

We're happy to talk through your project before you commit to anything.
